As the Corporate Sponsorship coordinator for the 28th Annual Crowchild Challenge hockey tournament, I would like to provide you with the unique sponsorship opportunity to be part of one of the longest standing and largest winter season tournaments in Western Canada.
On April 1th – 4th, 2010, the Crowchild Hockey Association will host Calgary’s largest AA minor hockey tournament for Pee Wee 1 and Atom 1 players aged 9 to 12 year olds. With thirty-two teams from across Canada and the United States participating, this tournament will provide you with exposure to over 500 high caliber hockey players, as well as hundreds of other family and friends who will be in attendance. As an elite tournament for developing players, most participants are at the start of their playing careers with dreams of achieving the success of a number of past tournament participants and current NHL stars, such as Jarome Iginla, Mike Comrie, and Jay Bouwmeester.
The Crowchild Challenge tournament, while sanctioned by the Minor Hockey Association of Calgary, is organized and managed entirely by team parents and volunteers who contribute countless hours to ensure this tournament is a highlight in the hockey careers of the participants. Even with the efforts of the parents and volunteers, there are significant financial obligations for tournament of this magnitude for which we are seeking the assistance of corporate sponsors.
For your sponsorship support, the tournament is offering a number associated recognition opportunities ranging from the Gold level which includes corporate name recognition of a game MVP award, full page add in the tournament program, location for Corporate banner at the arena and recognition at the opening ceremonies to the Bronze Level which includes business card size add in the Tournament program, location for Corporate banner at the arena and recognition at the opening ceremonies.
